A member of the Ohio Pharmacists Association, Dr. Marc Sweeney draws upon more than 25 years of pharmacy education and program management experience to provide consulting services to employers through Profero Team. Dr. Marc Sweeney co-founded the company in 2012, and, as its CEO, has recruited and trained more than 30 staff consultants. He has also acted in leadership roles and spearheaded business growth for several client companies.
Dr. Sweeney's consulting experience includes work with Palliative Care Consulting Group in Dublin, Ohio. He has also worked in clinical pharmacy capacities at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital Family Practice Centers, NMC Homecare, and Trumbull Memorial Hospital. In addition, he has extensive experience in education settings. He spent 11 years as founding dean and professor at Cedarville University's School of Pharmacy and was the founding department chair at the University of Findlay's College of Pharmacy.Dr. Marc Sweeney holds a doctor of pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University and a bachelors of science in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University. He received the Excellence in Media award from Cedarville University in 2017 and has earned Pharmacy Leadership Awards from Bristol-Myers Squibb and Merck.
